Access granted to the Winfield Bookkeeping Connector can be revoked at any time. Once revoked, the application can no longer read from or write to that QuickBooks Online company, and the stored credentials for that company are deleted.
Revoke access from QuickBooks Online
Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an administrator of the company, then open Settings (the gear icon) → Apps → My Apps. Locate Winfield Bookkeeping Connector in the list and choose Disconnect. Access ends immediately.
Revoke access from your Intuit account
You may also review and revoke connected applications from your Intuit account’s security and app-access settings.
Request removal of data
To confirm that stored credentials have been deleted, or to request removal of any data, contact Breno Donatti at bdonatti@winfieldcoffee.com. Requests are actioned promptly.
Disconnecting affects only this application’s access. Your QuickBooks data and your Intuit account are unaffected, and nothing in your books is deleted.
